Ron Partlow's MUTANT Breakfast Shake

300-350ml cold water
250ml egg whites
150g oats
1 large scoop of greens
handful of frozen strawberries
30g natural peanut butter
15ml olive oil
80g of Mutant Pro protein

With approximately 1300 calories, this huge shake packs over 100g of carbs, 100g protein, and 40g fat.


YAM HOME FRIES

1 large yam/sweet potato
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tsp cayenne pepper powder (to taste)
dash of sea salt

Pre-heat oven to 425F. Peel and chop yam into 1" cubes. Mix yams, oil, pepper and salt in a mixing bowl until well coated. Pour yams onto baking sheet. Cook for 30-35mins, flipping yams half way through.

CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PUDDING

1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp natural almond/peanut butter
1/4 cup water

Put nut butter and water in a small bowl; microwave for about 20-30 sec; mix in protein powder until it becomes a pudding consistency. Enjoy!

 

APPLE CRISP SHAKE

1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
1 heaping tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
1/2 chopped apple (gala or golden delicious)
1/2 cup water

Use blender, or try without the apple and mix in a shaker cup: JUST AS GOOD!!!
