Cream of Wheat Souffle 

2 Cups of Water
6 oz Cream of Wheat (or ground oats)
16 egg whites
1 oz Walden Farms Pancake Syrup

Grind up your oats in a blender or food processor or just take your Cream of Wheat as is place them in a tall microwave safe plastic or glass bowl. Combine oats/cream of wheat with water and whisk. Place in microwave for 30-45 seconds at a time whisking the contents every 30-45 sec to make sure there is no lumps. after doing this 3-4 times the oats or cream of wheat should be almost done (it should not be fully cooked) Add the the 16 egg whites and whisk everything together. Once again place into the microwave for 30-45 seconds at a time and whisk vigorously every 30-45 seconds. the mixture will become very soft and smooth after a few whisking's, this is when you know its done. The contents will be VERY HOT add your cinnamon to taste and 1 oz of walden farms and you have a very tasty, very healthy and above all very filling breakfast.

These are obviously larger than normal portions than most people can eat but you can use less oats, less water and less egg whites, just follow the same steps to cooking and you will get the same results.
