The infamous Protein Pancake. So many variations, how can you know whats best? Here's a few versions used by some amazing athletes...

PROTEIN PANCAKES

 

LINDSAY LEE ORANGE & EMILY ADAMS

1 scoop Magnum Quattro Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 cup quick oats
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)

Blend all ingredients in a hand blender/mixer; pour batter on to griddle/frying pan as you would to make pancakes. Voila! (Really, really good when topped with sugar-free pancake syrup by Walden Farms and/or natural peanut butter!)

CHAD BONK

65g of oatmeal
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix together in a bowl. Spray pam in hot fry pan and pour mixture into pan. Flip once when brown. Add DaVinci sugar free flavor to taste.
You can add in raisins, currents and yogurt. Great with Walden Farms sugar-free pancake syrup and/or chocolate syrup!!!

VANESSA TIB

1 cup of egg whites
1 cup of quick oats
1 scoop of vanilla protein

Blend then pour onto a pre-heated frying pan and throw on some blueberries or banana. Flip and wait until both sides are golden brown. Add Walden Farms sugar-free syrup.

MAGNUM PROTEIN PUDDING - Lindsay Lee Orange & Claire Rae (www.clairerae.com)

1 scoop Magnum Quattro Protein in Chocolate Love
1 tbsp natural almond/peanut butter
1/4 cup water

Put nut butter and water in a small bowl; microwave for about 20-30 sec; mix in protein powder until it becomes a pudding consistency. Enjoy!

APPLE CRISP SHAKE - Lindsay Lee Orange

1 scoop Magnum Quattro Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
1 heaping tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
1/2 chopped apple (gala or golden delicious)
1/2 cup water

Use blender, or try without the apple and mix in a shaker cup: JUST AS GOOD!!!
